Do you question over alcohols and nursing?

i pumped exclusively and gives my daughter breast milk in one bottle, however, she/it never troubled well i with it, that worked well until recently, for four months as my milk supply away down went for any reason, and her/its/their appetite went way upward. I decided, because she/it got so little breast milk, and my whole time spent i in the course of timeing, it made every hour and my supply i, the i stops würde, to try everything together only.
Therefore last night of i went out and had some beverages and believed that would pump no more i, but decided today to remain itself/themselves i, difficult, even if shes that gets breast only some ounces one day milks that is better than nothing.
The question is so anyway, how should wait long i on the alcohol to get out my system? I had four strong assorted gulps and two Schüsse. Un the thinking maybe one week or so?

through tnxmami, I has belong that it takes 3-4 hours for it to leave your system. From others, I has goört, that it is the best to it, \'pump and wirfte no matter away, how long it was.

from mommy, you should be fine to 2 small angels, now first, to pump,... it lasts only some hours for the alcohol in order to leave your breastmilk...
