There is, a healthier way is gotta to occupy itself/themselves with insomnia?
O.K.. therefore beschäftigt itself i with dreadful insomnia, you always have. about gotten, every night, to sleep, muß i 3 benedryls and 2 glasses of wine takes. this Dose\'t is für my health good. ICH\'m also a nursing mommy, but i takes my meds and my alcohol, after she/it fell asleep, she/it schläft through the night, therefore everything from my system is through her/its/their next feeding.I talked with my docs about taking a pill instead, and they won\'t give me anything. if there is any others Möglichkeiten from there??

Tell your doctor, whom insomnia can lead to depression. He/it already should this ouchßer it knows, you get ready that you did research. Tell him/it, thereß you lands, \'t believes, that it would be healthy for your baby in order to have one depressed and alcoholic mommy that not say, that you, only a little one, are to be persuaded your doctor, therefore would like you because of your child an alternative.- Asker \'s Rating:

lets say about pink Feenjungen, that you wrote down your baby for the bed with 8pm, and she/it gets up rdy the next morning with 8pm in order to eat... well.. i believes, that it then takes 12 hrs for pills and wine in order to serve his/its way from you..
from IchLiebe.... you could try to take a nice hot bath. Drinking of one cup of tea like grünen tea, it, \'s, to have a calming effect, said... and read a book. Maybe this loosens enough, about gotten, faster for you to sleep.
One glass red wine would not do while sore in one b/c once that it actually is good for your heart.

Bemühen you one cup decaffeinated green tea with milk, and eats you one ounce or two of cashews before the bed a hour. It works für me. Grüner tea contains theanine, an amino acid, that calms down the nerves, and cashews contain tryptophan, and amino acid, that forerunner to serotonin and melatonin is.
If this doesn\'t work, you take a melatonin-Pille. At least it is natürlich, not a drug against dreadful side-effects.
only through any urbanite 18 I deel with insomnia also. essentially, the best way is to be done it, situation in the bed at the moment, if you fall as sleep and want to remain, your K begins untill for him/itörper, to do, to work it on this time line, could take one week or 2, I allways had the same problem to begin upward the school again back after summer.
