When can I nurse again after it drank?

My husband and I went out yesterday evening and had some gulps. I nurse our second child. I remember with the first child, thereß I pumped and having drunk discarded, but I now hear that this is not necessary because the alcohol leaves your milk, as well like it your blood circulation leaves. I had 5 beers, the last with 10:00 last N,outlaws. I fühle me today finely, but would know gladly, if it is sure to breast, you live again. Also I am no smoker, but I like the occasional cigarette, if of trinkte I. I had a cigarette, and w, yesterday eveningit likes to know ürde, if everyone knows the effects, this will have as he/it nursed, and if it will be from my milk. IchIch has a große supply of frozen breast milk in the Gefrierschrank, that is this, which ich\'m that feeds him/it at the element of it.

I hörte, in order to pump, and, to discard by some gulps once, but you, again right, the alcohol is from your body meanwhile.
