What are your borders on caffeine and alcohol reception while you nurse?

I am not sure that something is for a "La Leche-Verband advisor", I was a leader for over 25 years, but I don\'t agree respectfully with her/its/their information about alcohol that is out-of-date. It is not necessary to it "Pump and discards." the alcohol in your breastmilk is in your blood circulation on the same level as the alcohol, therefore, if you feel his/its effects, that you a bißchen should wait to nurse until you feel, "normally"., like the alcohol the breastmilk over the blood circulation, it leaves as soon as the level is reduced to nurse Sie\'wieder finely.


It is looked at to be within normal borders in order to have 2-3 * on average * big services of the caffeine one day as nursing. through mama2znc, you are from caffiene per day that is approximately 3 cups of coffee with 300mg and 1 beers or 1 6oz glasses of wine, okay. None more of both and you können and garbage dump pumps.

I never was comfortable with 3 cups of value of caffiene, therefore I started to mix my coffee, half caff half decaf. I also rarely drank, but that was my election.
