Alcohol and nursing?

My family and I go out to an artistic restaurant for the birthday dinner of my husband. My daughter is 3 months old and ausschließlich nursed. People people got the point, where a drop of alcohol bös is, there are cultures everywhere on the world, that consumes wine and beer during the pregnancy regularly and nurses and so on,
