Alcohol and nursing?

My wife had some gulps of a mango margarita with the dinner tonight
We have an infant daughter, who is only 12 days old.
She/it, exclusivley, is the her.and useally nurses, pumps the milk and gives it to her/it/them.
Is my question, is it O.K. for our baby to give the next freight of milk without worrying if it will influence her/it/them?
Or we should discard it! My wife says, thereß she/it hardly enough had, she/it feeling a buz, to do only some gulps, if this helps none,
