Alcohol during nursing, bottle sterilization, and swimming of question?

I was surprised for what the rules were, and drank, while nursing. I weiß definitive, that it should occasionally only be done. I hörte, that you can drink as it, you yearn Don\'t breast feed as you for itself, while intoxicates you for itself feels, and as soon as you are sober, that you are fine to live. What is your expirience?

Is it O.K. to again-warm breast milk if the baby doesn\'t drink the whole first time for him/it?

Must bottles be sterilized after every application or clean with warm soapy water, that I heard both?

Become sufficiently sober in order to drive, you become sufficiently sober in order to work as a nurse. The lot of alcohol, that in your breastmilk passed, is minimal. A Getränk or two (for the majority of the women (isn, \'t)), that go, to suffice, to have a significant effect on her/it/them, let alone her/its/their nursling.
I now and then have one glass of wine or two with the dinner if my daughter wants to work as a nurse while I drink it, or after, then quiet I she/it. I never become drunk.

Most soaps now if it is used with hot water, she/it will do resembling, as sterilizing nowadays, and with hot water used dishwashers is awesome for this purpose.
