Alcohol in Breastmilk?

I nurse and went out for a Freunde-Geburtstag yesterday evening. We all drank too much alittle. I have until before ungefähr 20 min frozen breastmilk uses. I prüfte my milk, and it says two minutes of wait. With two minutes, it was negative. It turned some minutes später the darkness brown color, that signals alcohol in the breastmilk,... now becomes I confused? Not sure, if I am sure, me too ernheads, or not.

I believed that I would get an answer like it. Oh, why you drank blah blah blah,... IT was a night and my best Freunde-Geburtstag. Es\'s doesn\'t like, thereß it a nightly matter is.

it had to i to see this looking up if it was really true that alcohol gets in breast milk. as you say, it makes real.

give this reality, why do you drink at all? You/they have a baby! Time, to place the baby first,; s/he kann\'t provides für him/it or itself. sie\'wieder the Abhängen from you!

through IBCLC & nurse JC It is completely fine to enjoy your itself. Maybe you/they are a mother, and maybe you nurse, but you still are you and have every right, a night, to come out.

Breastmilk is done by your blood supply. In alcohol, it is filtered by your blood supply. If no more you the effects of the alcohol on your K thenörper feels, it is good to assume that your milk also is fine.

Drink lots, in order to help today, to replenish liquids, that you lost from last night. Go ahead and work as as a nurse, you yearn as you land, \'t fühlt itself tipsy.
