Can I drink alcoholic beverages and still nurse?

I read somewhere that it was O.K. to drink moderately while it nursed, as well like yearns, as you immediately drink after the feeding, so that, if the next feeding loses the alcohol, content will be lowered, and not so much will pass to baby. is so true?

It should be fine. The North American Mentalität for pregnant and nursing women, in order to avoid alcohol altogether, is but in Europe, they are much more relaxed over it. I have a pregnant friend, whose OB/GYN told her/it/them, w in sense on drinkingährend pregnant, "if you are American, you don\'t drink at all in pregnancy. If you are British, können you 2-3 gulps per week has. If you Französisch is, you can have 2 gulps per day."
