Could a baby die of a mother, the alcohol drinks and nurses?

Could his/its own vomit and dice of alcohol get stuck a baby in breastmilk in the neck?

IchIch never has heard about an infant, who dies of alcohol in the breastmilk. 1 or 2 alcoholic gulps become ouchßer it not good for her/it/them is, won\'t make likely, they harm. If really then a nursing mother alcohol on a reguläre basis wants to drink, she/it, that changes to formula, should really concider.
