How much can I drink if I nursed?

I normally don\'t drink any alcohol at all, but recently, I really begged for a beer. I have old baby a 9 week, and I nurse her/it/them. Weiß I, that I must discard my breastmilk, after I had drunk alcohol, but I wondered, how long, after I had drunk a beer (miller Lite), must I discard it, and if I must discard it at all, if I drench only a beer?
