I nurse old baby girl a 3 week and plan the call of a Freunde-Hochzeit, and alcohol will be delivered. Pumping and discards is a myth and a waste of time, because Alkohol is not stored in your milk.
Remain at 1-2 glasses of beer or wine, you then take the trouble and avoid you to work 2-3 hours long as a nurse.

AberAber to the point, if your going, more than 1 beverage waits, to have at least 4 hours after the last beverage of all, is, because you nourish your baby again, BUT, to MORE AND MORE certainly be i, 8 hours ALWAYS wait after it! then weiß i, that it is, more than sufficiently long and if you get beverage much water at home in order to also flush out everything for him/it
