Should I be sure, one to have, that beverage of the coconut rum mixed with orange juice and one glass of wine for itself tonight? The rum is 21 percent of alcohol, and the wine is 6 percent.

from Kristen, what you should do, is feed your baby right before you drink, so that is well some hours long she/he, and can has like 1 gulps, I probably would go with the wine before the rum because it is fewer. Pumping and Dumping is a myth. Wait again at least 2-3 hours before feediing her/him. Therefore, if still your baby more frequently thatn feeds, that just in case, I wouldn\'t.
