Nursing and wine?

If I have one glass of wine, will I wait a hour of the time, must, I finish the glass in order to nurse my baby?

If everyone any connections to information about alcohol and nursing has, I would estimate it very much!

from LMC, one glass of wine or beer are fine to beverage while he/it nurses. Do your research, however, so that you are informed!

An occasional beverage was not found to be damaging to the nursing baby. Alcohol pass freely into the mother\'s milk and gain the climax approximately 30-60 minutes after consumption. A good rule of thumb is the baby to be nursed before the consuming of 1 alcoholic draughts, and waits again 3 hours before working as a nurse. If in doubts, or after allows a discount of you to heavy drinking, you don\'t nurse the baby. Pump für every normal feeding, to comfort und/oder, and you decide. Maybe the second connection is more helpfully, but much more detailed. Essentially either never you drink if you are a nursing mother, or drinks a small and single nurse after 3 hours. Pumping and discards a waste is, ouchßer if you take the trouble to protect supply.
