Nursing does and doesn\'t do?

I am a first-time breastfeeder, and I am curious over him/it, which I should and should not do. I didn\'t nurses my first child, and I was undecided thereover, it, to do this time, but because my baby got quiet with 32 weeks, that were my last decision, so that he/it can get each nutrient, that he/it must grow big and strongly, because he/it is so tiny. Any advice, to eat well was\'s to it, and that something I meal, that I should avoid? If I can at all any alcohol drinks or it altogether avoids? Please help!! thanks!!

through squirrels, I nursed 9 months long my chief. I didn\'t doesn\'t avoid any Art of meal. It was asked to do me by family members to avoid alcohol, but I didn\'t, and my daughter was not schläfrig or something of it. I read that named a book "Babywise", some people agree dont to the book... it worked for me!! my son slept through the night with 6weeks... my cousins slept twins through the night against 2months... essentially says feed your child of only each 2 1/2 to 3 Stunden-blah-blah... reads you it, it works for alot of the people... and some... not so very much.... luck

Always eat something, that you like, you only limit or exclude you your drugs: Caffeine and alcohol. Recognize, thereß a small baby a harder time, to handle those matters, will have, but if older, not much of a worry. Yes, you können drinks, but is sure, that you can feel no more the alcohol, before you nurse, or pumps, especially, if baby under three months is!)
