Breastfeeding/Pumping & Alcohol?

What is the rule of thumb, if I want to have some beers, and I nurse? The lactation advisor said, thereß 1 beers into 1 lessons, 2 beers=2-Stunden, from my system is, and so on, but, ich\'ve also heard, that 1 beers won\'t go 3 hours long. Weiß everyone??
