Nursing & Alcohol?

If I drank alcohol, how it would take long in order to get out ihn/es from my system so that I don\'t come through my breast milk it to my baby?

approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per beverage.

one beverage being;
a 12 ouce bottle/can of the beer
a 4 ounce of service of the wine
one shot from alcohol into an assorted beverage
